This integration connects WholeCell to your Reebelo account to sync your SKU quantities, sales orders, and shipment tracking.

This integration syncs:

  • Listings (Reebelo → WholeCell)

  • Listing Quantities (WholeCell → Reebelo)

  • Orders (Reebelo → WholeCell)

  • Shipments (WholeCell → Reebelo)

  • IMEIs (WholeCell → Reebelo)

Integration Setup

Enabling

You can enable the Reebelo integration from your Integrations Dashboard:

Enter your Reebelo API Key in the credential panel:

If you don't have an API key from Reebelo, contact your account representative there.

Order Import Settings

Once your API Key is entered, configure your Order settings:

Order Import

WholeCell will import any new Reebelo sales orders once this checkbox is selected. Older orders can not be imported to WholeCell retroactively.

Organization Type

When WholeCell imports new sales orders from Reebelo it can create new customers in your WholeCell account based on their actual name (like "John Doe") or it can import them under a single customer named "Reebelo". You can decide which option fits your business needs better.

Order Statuses

Reebelo's order statuses need to be mapped to your Sales Order statuses in WholeCell. If you need to create new order statuses in WholeCell to be able to map Reebelo's order statuses, follow the instructions in this article to do so: Managing Sales Order Statuses.

Inventory Sync Settings

Quantity Sync

When you enable Quantity Sync, WholeCell will update your connected Reebelo listings with your current SKU quantities at the next sync interval (every 10-20 minutes). We recommend leaving Quantity Sync turned off until you are positive that your inventory quantities and settings are correct.

Inventory Statuses

You can select which inventory statuses WholeCell considers when calculating your available SKU quantity.

If you want to sell the same group of inventory across all of your sales channels, you may want to just select "Available" for this setting on all of your channel integrations.

If you want to separate your inventory to dedicate specific items to sell on specific channels you can create a "Reebelo" inventory status and then only select that status here.

Warehouses

You can also select which warehouses WholeCell considers when calculating your available SKU quantity.

Importing your Reebelo Listings

Once your settings have been saved on the "Details" tab, click the "Listings" tab and hit "Import Listings":

You'll see the table fill with your Reebelo listings once they've imported:

If your Reebelo listing SKUs match your SKUs in WholeCell exactly, those listings will connect automatically and you'll see a green "Connected" tag in the status column.

For listings that are not connected, you can click on the listing title to manually connect it to either:

  • a single SKU

  • multiple SKUs

  • or specific Product Variation(s)

Syncing Orders and Shipments

As you receive orders on Reebelo they will be automatically created in WholeCell. When you add shipment tracking information to those orders in WholeCell, the tracking number will automatically sync back to Reebelo.

If you're using ShipStation to create shipping labels for your Reebelo orders, you'll want to connect ShipStation to WholeCell so that your Reebelo orders flow as follows:

Reebelo WholeCell ShipStation

Then, when you create shipping labels for your orders, the tracking numbers will flow:

ShipStation WholeCell Reebelo

**If you have not created the sales channel's name in WholeCell yet, you can do that here. WholeCell will not be able to sync orders to ShipStation if your sales channels don't exactly match (case sensitive) the channel names that the integration uses -- like "Reebelo", in this case. Changing these channel names will prevent the sync from working. After creating the channel name, put a check in the box here if you want to sync orders with ShipStation:

Important Notes or Reminders

  • When you enable 'Order Import' and receive orders with unknown SKUs, you won't be able to map different SKUs for the order item (e.g. mapping a WholeCell SKU to the channel's listing's SKU settings page in WholeCell). Even if you map the WholeCell SKU for that listing in WholeCell, the order item will still show "Unknown SKU". The only way to make those SKUs be recognized is to add them to the WholeCell product catalog. To proceed, you can either do a 'Direct Commit', or delete the order item and just commit whatever item you want to fulfill the channel order.

  • Related to the note above, WholeCell will not send the IMEI of the item if it's not fulfilling the original order item.

Troubleshooting

  • The listing quantities are not being updated

    • Has the listing been imported to WholeCell?

    • Is the listing connected?

    • Does the listing show active or ended?

    • Is the 'Enable Inventory Sync' box checked?

    • Is the warehouse set on the inventory items you want to sync?

  • If an order comes in and shows "Unknown SKU", check:

    • Are there matching SKUs in both Reebelo and WholeCell?

    • Have all of your listings been imported to WholeCell?

  • If your orders are not coming into WholeCell, check:

    • Is the 'Enable Order Import' box checked?

  • Multi-variation listing quantities are not synced

    • Does each listing have matching SKUs in Reebelo and WholeCell? Are they all showing 'Connected'?

    • The outstanding count on the listing is incorrect

      • Check which sales order statuses are supposed to count toward open orders

        • Check if the 'Shipped' and 'Canceled' order statuses are set to count toward open orders

  • Are your listings being set to out-of-stock even though WholeCell is actively syncing non-zero quantities? Check to see if you have other eCommerce software connected to the channel.

  • If the prices on your listings are set to $9,999, inventory quantity sync won't work. Updating the price should fix the issue. If not, reach out to WholeCell support.
