Need a quick way to add more inventory for a specific SKU?

Click on Product Catalog on the sidebar menu in WholeCell, then look for the SKU or product variation in question. You can use the search field at the top right of the table. Click either the ID of that product variation or the SKU if there is one.

On the SKU page, click the blue Add Inventory button.

On the Add Inventory pop-up, you can search for a Purchase Order by ID or vendor name:

You can choose to add inventory with ESNs or if you don't have ESNs you can add by quantity (you'll still be able to update the ESNs later).

Next you'll pick a status for the inventory items you're adding, along with the price paid per unit (optional), and the location of those items in your warehouse (optional).

Then hit Save.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
