Archiving products removes them as dropdown options on the Advanced Form when adding inventory items to a PO. It also removes them from the inventory table filters. Archiving products does not delete or remove inventory items.
To archive products go to https://www.wholecell.io/products/devices.
Simply check the box of the product you want to archive then hit the 'Bulk Actions' button then choose 'Archive'.
Note:
Other attributes may still appear in the inventory filters if there are other active products that use those attributes and have not been archived.
Example:
I archived “Motorola G6 XT1922 na AT&T 16GB Deep Indigo.”
I still have “Motorola G6 XT1922 na Verizon 16GB Deep Indigo” in my products.
In the filters, I can still filter by Motorola, G6 XT1922, na, 16GB, and Deep Indigo. However, AT&T will no longer appear in the Network filter because that specific variation has been archived.
The Verizon network and its associated attributes still appear because that product is still active.
