RMA instructions give your customers clear direction on how to return their items to you. This text appears at the bottom of your RMA PDFs.
To update your RMA Instructions, go to 'Settings' on the left side menu of WholeCell and then choose 'RMAs' under 'Processing'.
Enter your instructions, then choose your default receiving status from the drop-down choices. Save when done.
