You can import Dr Fones test results into WholeCell as inventory with product, grade, and conditions. This is one of the fastest ways to add inventory.
Connection
To connect the integration, you'll need your API Key from Dr Fones.
Go to the Dr Fones application.
Click on menu button at the top left, then click Settings
Click on the "Wholecell.io" tab on the Settings page
Click Generate API Key, then copy the key
Dr Fones Application (click top left menu button):
Now click on "Settings" from the pop-out menu:
Click "Generate API Key" and then copy it:
Now go to Settings > Diagnostic Integrations in WholeCell:
Use these values:
Integration Name: Dr Fones
API Key: your API key (sign into Dr Fones and go to Settings > Wholecell.io > Generate API Key):
Integration Usage
Once you've saved your settings, you'll have a new option to use Dr Fones when adding inventory to a Purchase Order:
Enter the IMEIs of the devices you want to import from Dr Fones:
Map any unrecognized values using the 3 options:
Ignore (disregards the value and uses "Unknown" for Grade or Product)
Create (creates a new value in your catalog)
Replace (map to an existing value in your catalog)
Hit Save and the import will complete!
