M360 customers can import devices into WholeCell with product, grade, and condition details from test results.
Connection
To connect the integration, go to Settings > Diagnostic Integrations in WholeCell:
Use these values:
Integration Name: M360
API URL: https://m360soft.com/api/integrations/WholeCell/getDiagnosticsInfoForDevice
API Key: your API key from M360
Integration Usage
Once you've saved your settings, you'll have a new option to use M360 when adding inventory to a Purchase Order:
Enter the IMEIs of the devices you want to import from M360 (test results must be in your M360 cloud for import):
Map any unrecognized values using the 3 options:
Ignore (disregards the value and uses "Unknown" for Grade or Product)
Create (creates a new value in your catalog)
Replace (map to an existing value in your catalog)
Hit Save and the import will complete!
