You can import ICE Q test results into WholeCell as inventory with product, grade, and conditions. This is one of the fastest ways to add inventory.
Connection
To connect the integration, you'll need your API Key from Mannapov.
Go to your ICE DB dashboard.
Hover over System, then hover over Settings, then click ICE Q
On the "ICE Q Control Panel" page, go down to the Wholecell.io section
Click Generate API Key, then copy the key
Now go to Settings > Diagnostic Integrations in WholeCell:
Use these values:
Integration Name: ICE Q
API URL: https://wholecell-integration.apiq.icedb.com/api/v1_0_0/search
API Key: your API key (sign into ICE DB and go to System >Settings > ICE Q):
Integration Usage
Once you've saved your settings, you'll have a new option to use ICE Q when adding inventory to a Purchase Order:
Enter the IMEIs of the devices you want to import from ICE Q (test results must be in your ICE Q cloud for import):
Map any unrecognized values using the 3 options:
Ignore (disregards the value and uses "Unknown" for Grade or Product)
Create (creates a new value in your catalog)
Replace (map to an existing value in your catalog)
Hit Save and the import will complete!
