In WholeCell, Warehouses are used to keep track of the physical mailing addresses for offices or warehouses that your inventory is stored at. These will be used as ship-to and ship-from addresses on Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and RMAs.

To add or remove warehouses, click on 'Settings' on the left side of WholeCell. Then choose 'Warehouses' under 'Billing & Account'.

Removing a Warehouse

To delete an existing warehouse, click on the trash icon beside it. Deleting a warehouse will prevent users from using that warehouse address on new Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and RMAs.

Existing Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and RMAs with a warehouse that gets deleted will not be updated automatically.

Adding a Warehouse

To add a new warehouse, just click the blue '+' button in the upper right corner.

On this page, input your warehouse details then hit 'Save'.
